Ask about a protocol, a product, or whether something is supported. Answers come from published documentation and the product capability registry, and every one shows its source.

This retrieves, it does not write

Ask Universe finds and quotes what is already published. It does not compose new prose about how anything works. When nothing published answers your question it says so rather than filling the gap, because a confident paragraph with nothing behind it is the worst possible outcome for documentation about irreversible transactions.

• Whether a Universe product implements a given action for a given protocol, and the recorded reason when it does not.
• What carries a protocol, which chain it lives on, and where its specification is.
• Which product does what, and where its documentation lives.

What it will not answer

• Whether something is working right now. That is live state, reported at live status, not documentation.
• Anything about your specific transaction, balance, or wallet.
• Anything not published. It abstains rather than guessing.
